其实问题很简单

  1. Define right metrics. E2E.

  2. Be truthful. Which means, use real data, measure where we are. Don’t do spreadsheet numbers. Don’t estimate numbers.

  3. Avoid the words assume.

  4. Set both optimistic and conservative timelines.

  5. Order priority or issues by impact.

上次当大领导的面show了一下real metrics,感觉一下子得罪了一大票人。真是有意思。难道我不小心成了吹哨人?
